Taiwan Xotours is a well established travel agency in Taiwan with several branches around the world that operates legally under a full travel agency license (交觀綜 219000). This license allows to serve inbound and outbound tourism in Taiwan and cooperate with smaller travel agencies.
In November 2022, HolaTaipei Travel signed a cooperation partnership with Taiwan Xotours in order to expand our tours and experiences provided in Taiwan.

Taiwan Trails and Tales is one of those essential sites to find useful and detailed information about small and not small(!) hikes around Taiwan. It’s run in exquisite English prose by our good friends Ami and Teresa. Ami is a British woman who decided to relocate to Taiwan in 2016 and Teresa is her Taiwanese partner. Together, they have been documenting their adventures on the wild for many years and they are very kind to share it with everyone.
Taiwan deserves international greater recognition for its wealth of great hiking trails and outdoor activities – whether you’re into high peaks, river tracing, multi-day hikes, cycling, strolls around beautiful forests, scuba diving, rock climbing or pretty much anything else, you will find somewhere to do it in Taiwan.
